Cook’s Club continues to evolve its approach to contemporary travel for 2026 with a new wellness-led collaboration. Partnering with The Self Love Lab, the brand has curated a four-day immersive experience at Cook’s Club Hersonissos in Crete, Greece.

Taking place from Monday, 25th May to Thursday, 28th May, the experience embrace a more social, expressive and intuitive way to reset. Guests are invited to step into a considered pace, where movement, mindset and shared energy come together in a setting designed for connection. Set against the backdrop of Crete’s south-eastern coastline, the experience blends curated wellbeing practices with the signature Cook’s Club atmosphere: design-led, social and effortlessly relaxed.
The Self Love Lab is a London-based luxury wellness brand focused on intentional self-care and mindful reset. Through workshops and bespoke experiences, it helps people recharge, reconnect and build lasting resilience – supporting the body and mind to find balance and flow.
Created for those seeking space to reset, the experience features a curated programme led by leading UK-based practitioners Zehra Ibrahim (founder of The Self Love Lab), Emily Lisanti and Lauren Naiomi. Known for their work across sound, movement and mindful practices, the trio bring a modern, accessible approach to wellbeing, focused on helping guests reset, recharge and reconnect.
Across four days, guests will move through a rhythm that balances high-energy sessions with moments of stillness. Expect dynamic Pilates flows, yoga at sunrise and sunset, sound-led experiences and mindset workshops centred on confidence and self-connection. From DJ-backed sculpt sessions to golden hour stretches and deeply restorative sound journeys, each element is designed to feel intentional yet unforced, encouraging guests to engage at their own pace.
At its core, the experience reflects a grounded, instinctive approach to wellbeing. Movement is used to build balance; balance supports both body and mind, creating a sense of clarity that extends beyond the stay. It reflects the wider shift in how people travel today: seeking experiences that feel both energising and grounding, social yet personal.
The Self Love Lab experience is priced at €600pp for full access to the programme, or €800 for full access to the programme plus dinners, available as an add-on for both hotel and external guests. Places are limited for this one-off collaboration with The Self Love Lab.
Reopening in 2026 following a full refurbishment, Cook’s Club Hersonissos returns with a sharper, more contemporary edge – where design, energy and connection come together naturally. Days unfold poolside under the Cretan sun, moving between slow mornings, shared moments and golden-hour gatherings shaped by ease and atmosphere. Newly refreshed interiors and reimagined social spaces set the tone, while on-site wellness facilities, including a gym, yoga spaces and a full-service spa, designed for guests to move, reset and unwind.
This collaboration with The Self Love Lab reflects Cook’s Club’s evolving identity, where connection, culture and curated experiences shape a new expression of what a modern escape can be.
